Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your reservation. However, cancellations, refunds, changes, or reissues cannot be accepted within one week of the event. Please be sure to confirm the date, time, and number of reservations before applying.
Is same-day registration available for workshops?
If there are available spots on the day, tickets will be sold at the venue.
Can a child participate in the Nyumon workshop alone?
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What are “Tamasaka” items?
“Tamasaka” items are second-grade pieces that cannot be shipped as regular products due to slight distortions or iron spots that occur during firing. We name them “Tamasaka” to reflect our appreciation of these imperfections as unique results of chance.

Dogs that have not been vaccinated against rabies or other diseases, or those that bark excessively or behave aggressively, may be refused entry. Please also take full responsibility for your pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing marking within the venue.
